Mangaluru, Karnataka | February 24, 2026: Airports Council International (ACI) World has named Mangaluru International Airport the winner of the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award for the Best Airport at Arrivals – Globally.

This prestigious recognition reaffirms the airport's standing among leading global gateways for passenger experience. This marks the second year in succession that the airport has received this global distinction.

The "Arrivals" category evaluates the complete inbound journey of a passenger. This includes the efficiency of immigration processes, speed of baggage delivery, terminal ambience, cleanliness, ease of wayfinding, and overall traveler comfort.

Awards Ceremony in Istanbul

The awards will be formally presented at the ASQ Awards Ceremony on September 2, 2026, in Istanbul, Türkiye. This event is part of the ACI World’s Airport Experience Summit scheduled from August 31 to September 4.
